For the past six years our cameras have documented billion dollar disasters along the Gulf Coast.  A chaotic corridor that you can trace along I-10 between Houston and Florida.  Once in a lifetime disasters, that some living there have lived through multiple times.  Enough rain fell in Hurricane Harvey to fill 15 million swimming pools.
