Disaster Road

For the past six years our cameras have documented billion dollar disasters along the Gulf Coast.  A chaotic corridor that you can trace along I-10 between Houston and Florida.  Once in a lifetime disasters, that some living there have lived through multiple times.  Enough rain fell in Hurricane Harvey to fill 15 million swimming pools.  In 2016, a no name storm dumped more than three times as much rain on Louisiana as Hurricane Katrina.  Two of the strongest hurricanes to ever make landfall along the gulf coast, Michael and Laura, came within just two years of each other.
